Usually the main water flow is perpendicular to the cross Section of a river and the SQ sensor is mounted in the same way. However, if the SQ sensor has to be rotated horizontally, the rotation angle can be considered for by adjusting this setting. To ensure a reliable and accurate velocity measurement it is recommended to select a yaw angle smaller than 30°.
